At May Flowers, every order is thoughtfully prepared using fresh, seasonal product. Because of the nature of flowers and our sourcing process, we operate on a store credit–only policy. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Weather conditions may affect our delivery process. During the summer, flowers may have a shorter lifespan due to heat, so our driver will place them in a shaded area whenever possible. In winter, if the temperature falls below 0°C, there is a risk of flowers freezing. In such cases, we will do our best to find a neighbor who can accept the delivery instead. A notification will be sent once the flowers have been delivered. To keep them fresh, please retrieve your flowers as soon as possible.

Description
Our tulip bouquets are styled with seasonal greenery and wrapped in our signature paper packaging. Each bundle includes 10-20 stems of fresh cut locally-grown tulips in a single colour. For double and triple orders, multiple colours can be requested but not guaranteed.
Please note: Our tulips are from the market bundles and come in a variety of colors from week to week. Though we welcome color preferences however, may not be able to accommodate 100% of the time. I recently purchase some flowers for delivery to my wife. Only minutes after placing the order they called me to ask for clarification on it. They personalized the order and delivered it well before the end of day.

I was so excited to surprise my family with a beautiful tulip bouquet; when I asked my cousin if any surprises arrived, I received a picture of some weeds in a vase and a little pink limonium! The tulips probably froze and were thrown out and they were embarrassed to say so; I was so shocked and embarrassed!! I called your store right away, maybe 10 or 15 minutes to closing (almost 4pm) on Christmas Eve and spoke with an employee who didn’t seem at all bothered!! She tried to tell me that I should have assured they were home and it’s a third party who delivers! No apology, no empathy no what can I do!! Just sent me a pic from the driver which made it worse seeing this bouquet on the floor, outside the recipient’s door! I’m just baffled how flowers can be treated like an Amazon package in winter; left outside!! Then I was told that she’ll speak to the manager about it but only in January when you reopen, are you kidding me?
Love the selections and the customer service is wonderful. The recipients of my flower delivery is always happy with their bouquets

What kind of flowers do you use?
We work with a rotating selection of the best seasonal blooms available. This means your arrangement will always feel fresh, intentional, and true to the moment—rather than tied to a fixed recipe.
Will my arrangement look exactly like the photo?
Our photos reflect our style and scale, but every arrangement is designed individually. Variations in flowers, colour tones, and textures are part of what makes each piece unique. We cannot replicate past orders.
Can I request specific flowers or colours?
You’re welcome to leave notes at checkout, and we’ll do our best to accommodate based on seasonal availability. While we can’t guarantee specific blooms, we always design within the spirit of your request.
How far in advance should I order?
We recommend ordering at least 1–2 days in advance for the best selection, especially during busy seasons or holidays. Same-day delivery may be available in limited quantities.
Can you guarantee a delivery time?
We’re unable to guarantee exact delivery times. If you require a timed delivery, please contact us in advance for a custom courier quote.
What if the recipient isn’t home?
While surprises are fun, we can’t be responsible for failed deliveries due to inaccessible buildings, incorrect addresses, or unavailable recipients. Please make sure delivery details are accurate and the location is safe to leave flowers.
How should I care for my flowers?
Trim stems, refresh water daily, and keep arrangements away from direct sunlight or heat. Care instructions are included with every order.
