Delivery Info

This delivery policy applies to retail flower deliveries only. For large custom orders, installations, and events, delivery timing and setup will be coordinated directly with our team.

Delivery Days & Scheduling

  • We deliver Monday through Saturday.
  • A delivery date can be selected in your cart at checkout.
  • While we do our best to meet preferences, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

If you require a timed or courier-specific delivery, please contact us in advance for a custom quote.

Surprise Deliveries & Recipient Availability

We understand that many flower deliveries are meant to be a surprise—and we love that. However, surprise deliveries also come with risk.

  • It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure the recipient will be available to receive the flowers.
  • If the recipient is not available, the order may be left at the delivery location at the driver’s discretion.
  • Once an order is delivered or left at the address, May Flowers is no longer responsible for the condition of the flowers.

Failed deliveries due to recipient unavailability are not eligible for refunds or store credit.

Delivery Address & Contact Information

Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at checkout, including:

  • Full address
  • Unit or buzzer number
  • Recipient name and phone number

May Flowers cannot be held liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the sender.

Failed or Undeliverable Deliveries

Orders may be considered undeliverable if:

  • The recipient is unavailable
  • The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete
  • The recipient refuses the delivery

In these cases:

  • Orders are not eligible for refunds or store credit
  • Redelivery may be offered at an additional cost, if possible
  • Alternatively, the order may be made available for in-store pickup at our discretion
  • Weather & Environmental Conditions

Flowers are sensitive to temperature and weather conditions.

  • Extreme heat, cold, rain, or snow may affect flower longevity.
  • Once an order has been delivered or left at the address, May Flowers cannot be held responsible for weather-related impact.

Delivery Changes & Redirects

  • Any delivery changes or address updates must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
  • Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional delivery fees.
  • Requests made after preparation has begun may not be accommodated.

Third-Party Couriers

May Flowers uses trusted third-party couriers for retail deliveries.

  • Once an order has been handed off, we cannot guarantee delivery timing or outcomes controlled by the courier.
  • Our team will assist where possible but cannot assume liability for courier-related delays or issues.
