At May Flowers we love nothing more than to share our love of flowers, so join us for one of our in-studio workshop experiences, designed to give you the skills to create beautiful arrangements and pieces for any occasion.

What’s included in the workshop?

All flowers, tools, and materials are provided. You’ll also receive guidance from our floral team and leave with your own finished arrangement to take home.

Can I just walk in and join a workshop?

No – we’re only open for scheduled classes, which you can browse on our workshops page. Reservations are required and can be made online.

How long are the workshops?

Most workshops run approximately 60-90 minutes, depending on the style of arrangement. After the guided session, you have some additional creative time to complete your arrangement on your own.

I don't have any floral experience, will I be able to do the arrangement?

Absolutely! All of our classes are beginner-friendly, and our florists will walk you through building the arrangement step by step. Arrangements are built by layering stems and can be adjusted as needed if you don't like something. Almost everyone comes away from our classes pleasantly surprised by what they accomplished!

Do I have to follow the instructions?

No! Our florists are here to show you how to create an arrangement in May Flowers' signature style if you so choose, but ultimately your arrangement is for YOU and we encourage you to do whatever you want. We want you to be happy with your floral piece.

Can kids attend the workshops?

We recommend our workshops for 14+, however, younger children are welcome if accompanied by an adult as we will be using sharp florist shears.

What is your cancellation policy?

Since all materials are purchased specifically for your registered date, workshop tickets are final sale and non-refundable (no date switching, store credit, exchanges, etc). If you can no longer attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or have your floral kit delivered to you.

We require a minimum of 6 guests for all private bookings.

We’ll tailor the colour palette and overall vibe to your group, and we’re happy to discuss add-ons like wine, light bites, or custom themes to make the experience feel personal and elevated.
