Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should we book?
For larger events or custom design concepts, 4–8 months gives us time to source materials and finalize creative direction. For most corporate events, we recommend booking at least 2–4 months in advance, however, we may be able to accommodate shorter time constraints.
Do you offer full-service setup and teardown?
Yes. Our team handles delivery, on-site installation, quality checks, and teardown (if required). We can work within tight event timelines and coordinate with your venue or event planner.
Can you design florals that match our brand colours or theme?
Absolutely. We specialize in brand-forward design and can align your florals with your brand palette, textures, and event aesthetic. We can also incorporate branded elements upon request.
Can you provide mockups before the event?
We provide mockups for full-service, large-scale designs once a deposit is received. For simpler events, we share a design direction and floral moodboard.
Can florals be repurposed for other parts of the event?
Often, yes. Certain arrangements can be moved from the welcome area to the dinner space, or from a presentation stage to a reception. We’ll advise what’s feasible based on the design.
How do delivery and setup fees work?
Fees depend on time, location, complexity, and teardown requirements. You’ll receive a detailed breakdown with your quote so everything is clear upfront.
