We hand-deliver all our arrangements with in-house staff (no third parties!) to ensure your flowers arrive safely. A minimum of $65 is required for all deliveries.
Our deliveries go out Tuesday through Saturday.
We can accept same-day orders until 11:00 am. For larger orders such as sympathy arrangements, please call us to ensure we are able to accommodate the order.
Deliveries are generally made between 12:00 pm and 5:00 pm and may be later on our busiest days. To keep costs low, our drivers create the most efficient routes for the day based on our orders so we are unable to guarantee specific times for deliveries. If you need a timed delivery, please call us to place your order. Additional fees will apply.

Refunds & Cancellations
If the selected delivery date is more than 24 hours away, we can offer a May Flowers credit for the full value of the order, or a refund minus a 10% transaction fee. The May Flowers credit will never expire, and can be used for any items on our website.
We cannot refund orders that are made to be delivered within 24 hours as the flowers will have already been purchased and the arrangement may have already been designed. We can re-route the delivery if necessary.
