Whether you're hosting a wedding, corporate event, or intimate gathering, our flower cart rental brings a fun and unforgettable experience to any setting.

Our standard rental duration is 5 hours. Please let us know if you need to reduce or extend this time. No additional charges apply.

Standard Flower Cart Package Includes:

- Delivery, set-up, and teardown of flower cart and all fresh cut flowers in vessels
- A mix of seasonal blooms, creating an aesthetically pleasing display of colours and textures
- Approx. 20 stems x 5 varieties/colours of flowers (100 stems), approx. 20 stems x 2 varieties of foliage/filler (40 stems)
- Standard package is recommended for 10-15 guests (expecting more guests? Add our styling buckets to your order, we recommend 1 per 8-10 extra guests)
- "Pop-up" flower shop signage with bouquet building instructions
- Add-on additional items to make your experience even more special! 

 

Deluxe Flower Cart Package Includes:

- Delivery, set-up, and teardown of flower cart and all fresh cut flowers in vessel
- A mix of standard seasonal and premium blooms, creating an aesthetically pleasing display of colours and textures
- Approximately 30 stems x 8 varieties/colours of flowers (240 stems), approx. 20 stems x 3 varieties of foliage/filler (60 stems)
- Deluxe package is recommended for 15-20 guests (expecting more guests? Add our styling buckets to your order, we recommend 1 per 8-10 extra guests)
- Ability to customize the colour palette of your floral selection
- "Pop-up" flower shop signage with bouquet building instructions
- Add-on additional items to make your experience even more special! 

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you provide flowers for the cart, or do we need to supply them ourselves?

We've got you covered! Our team of expert designers will curate and source the freshest seasonal blooms for your cart, so you don't have to lift a finger.

How far in advance do we need to book the flower cart rental?

We only have a limited supply of carts available so we recommend booking as soon as possible. However, at least 2-3 months before your event is recommended. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever we can.

What areas do you serve, and do you charge for delivery?

We deliver in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. If in Toronto (including the six boroughs), delivery is included in our rental package. For locations outside this radius, additional fees may apply.

Can we customize the flower selection to match our event theme or colour scheme?

Our colour palettes are intentionally vague to allow our designers the freedom to work with the seasonal availability of flowers. Specific requests cannot always be accommodated. Our curated flower selection always maintains an aesthetic and harmonious vibe!

Can we buy the flowers only and not The Flower Cart Rental?

Absolutely! We understand that sometimes you may just want the beautiful blooms without the full flower cart experience. In this case, we offer our styling buckets (we recommend 1 per every 8-10 guests).

How long does The Flower Cart rental last?

Our standard rental duration is 5 hours, but we're flexible to accommodate your event schedule. Just let us know the timings, and we'll ensure the flower cart is set up and dismantled accordingly.

Can The Flower Cart be set up indoors or outdoors?

Yes, our flower carts are versatile and can be set up both indoors and outdoors. If outdoor setup is desired, we recommend providing adequate shade or protection from direct sunlight or harsh weather elements. 

How do we reserve The Flower Cart for our event?

COLOUR GUIDE

  • Designer's Choice: our florist's get creative!
  • Light & Airy: soft, fresh, minimal - dominant colours may include whites, creams, and other pastel shades
  • Bright & Bold: vibrant, celebratory, eye-catching - dominant colours may include bright reds, greens, purples, blues, pinks, yellows and/or oranges
  • Warm & Earthy: dark, rich, muted - dominant colours may include browns burgundy, and other muted tones

Our colour palettes are intentionally vague to allow our designers the freedom to work with the seasonal availability of flowers. Each arrangement is unique and will vary, even within the same palette.

If you require something specific, leave a note in the order instructions and we will do our best to make it happen!

FAQs

How long will the flowers last? Each bouquet is designed to last up to 5-7 days with proper care*. To keep your flowers looking fresh, we provide simple care instructions with every order. *Excludes sympathy sprays, wreaths, a la carte event and custom event flowers as these are designed to look their best on the day of delivery/event, potentially lasting 1-2 days post event.

Will the bouquet look like the picture? What if I don't like the flowers selected? While each arrangement is custom-made using the finest seasonal blooms available, we guarantee that every bouquet will maintain our high standards of beauty and style. Please include any dislikes, preferences, or requests with your order and while we may not always be able to fulfil special requests, we'll always do our best!

Why are these bouquets more expensive than supermarket flowers? Unlike mass-produced bouquets, our hand-tied arrangements are crafted with care, using only the highest quality, fresh seasonal blooms. Each bouquet is a unique work of art, designed to impress and delight with its exquisite beauty and thoughtful composition.

Will the flowers arrive in good condition? We take great care in packaging and delivering your bouquet securely and with a water source to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Our delivery service is prompt and reliable, and we guarantee your flowers will be fresh and beautiful upon arrival. If there are issues with your order upon delivery, please contact us!

How sustainable are your sourcing and operational practices? We are committed to sustainable practices and source our flowers from local growers whenever possible. Our deliveries are carbon-neutral and we fund innovations in environmental initiatives. Our packaging is also designed to be eco-friendly, so you can enjoy your bouquet with peace of mind.

We deliver throughout Toronto & the GTA Monday-Saturday.

Delivery pricing is based on distance from our local flower shop and will arrive between 9am-6pm, depending on our delivery driver's route for the day. 

Please note that these times may be affected by weather or holiday volume and are not guaranteed. For time-specific delivery, please contact us for a courier quote.
