Where are you located and where do you deliver?

Our shop is located in midtown, Toronto, in the vibrant St. Clair West area. Our address is 1020 St. Clair Avenue West, Toronto ON M6E 1A4

We service and deliver to all of Toronto (including downtown, midtown, East York, North York, Etobicoke, and Scarborough) as well as to Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, and Richmond Hill.

How do I place an order?

We've made it easy to order flowers online! Browse our floral arrangements, add additional gift items to the cart, and follow the prompts to choose a date and place your order for delivery or in-store pickup.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Our commitment to excellence extends to our delivery process, where we prioritize the safe transportation of your precious floral arrangements. We ensure that each delivery is hand-delivered, guaranteeing that your flowers arrive in pristine condition and retain their natural beauty.

We offer free Toronto delivery for all orders over $150. Otherwise, delivery rates are

  • Neighbourhood (Postal codes: M6E, M6C,M5P, M4V, M5R, M6H, M6G)- $7
  • Toronto - $12
  • Surrounding GTA - $18

When will my order be delivered?

Our delivery window is anytime between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. While we make every effort to deliver within this timeframe, several factors can affect delivery times, such as traffic, weather conditions, and order volume.

If you have any specific delivery requirements or concerns, we recommend contacting our customer support team. They will do their best to assist you.

We also have a limited menu on UberEats and Doordash for last-minute or trackable deliveries.

What if the recipient isn't home?

If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, our couriers can leave the flowers at the front door or with a concierge/reception desk when available.

Please try to provide all necessary delivery information, including the recipient phone number and buzzer codes, to ensure a successful delivery.

If a second delivery attempt at a later date is absolutely necessary, an additional delivery charge will apply.
