Where are you located and what are your hours?
We are located in midtown, Toronto at 1020 St. Clair Avenue West.
Our shop and is open Monday-Saturday with deliveries going out on those days. Our operating hours are:
Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm
Saturday 8am-2pm
Sunday & Stat Holidays Closed
Where do you deliver and what are your delivery rates?
We deliver to all areas in Toronto as well as Brampton, Mississauga, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, and Markham at additional fees.
We offer free Toronto delivery for all orders over $150. Otherwise, delivery rates are:
- Zone 1, "Neighbourhood" - $7 (Free $150+) (Postal codes starting M6E, M6C, M4V, M5R, M6H, M6G)
- Zone 2, "Toronto" - $12 (Free $150+) Any Postal codes starting with M
- Zone 3 - $15 Mississauga, Vaughan, Richmond Hill
- Zone 4 - $20 Brampton, Oakville, Aurora, King City, Markham, Pickering, Ajax
- Zone 5 - $30 Certain areas in Hamilton, Burlington, Whitby, Oshawa, Newmarket

What if the recipient isn't home?
Recipients and senders will receive delivery updates via text or email.
In the case that the recipient is not available during delivery, the driver may leave the flowers at the door or have it brought back to the shop, unless otherwise requested.
Our flowers are always securely packaged with a water source. However, in temperatures below freezing, we cannot leave flowers at the door.
Failed deliveries will be sent back to our shop and available for pickup.

Can I place an order for same-day delivery?
Yes! We can accommodate same-day deliveries up to 11:00pm EST.

We are also on UberEats and DoorDash with a limited menu.
When will I receive my order photo?
We send out order photos at the end of the day after all deliveries have been made. No changes can be made to the order when the photo is received.
What flowers will be used in my arrangement?
At May Flowers, we depend on weekly seasonal availability from our many unique growers and suppliers. We have a different menu of flowers every week so it is difficult to pin point exactly which flowers will be used in your particular arrangement. All our arrangements are custom created just for your order and include at least 6-8 varieties of flowers*.

* There are some exceptions such as the Classic Dozen Roses
How long should my fresh cut flowers last?
We receive flowers to our studio almost daily and have a meticulous processing and care schedule for the longest lasting blooms. Every flower has a different approximate vase life spanning from 5 days to over 2 weeks.
How flowers are treated at your home matters too! Special care such as changing the water, trimming the stems, avoiding direct sunlight, and avoiding heat/cold drafts will prolong the life of your fresh cut flowers. All our fresh cut flowers are packaged with flower food and care instructions.
If you feel your flowers did not arrive fresh, please email at hello@mayflowers.ca within 48 hours of receiving your arrangement with some photos explaining the issue.
