• Please ensure all delivery details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• A valid phone number for the recipient is required for delivery coordination.
  If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order may be left in a safe place when possible.
• Orders cannot be modified or canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date.
• Unforeseen delays due to weather, traffic, or high order volumes may occur.
