A La Carte is ideal for clients who value great design and beautiful flowers but don't require large-scale installations, custom production, or on-site floral setup.

MF Signature Bridal Bouquet - May Flowers

1. choose your flowers

Browse our collection of bouquets, centrepieces, ceremony flowers, and floral accents. You can mix and match all items to get exactly what you want, nothing extra. There is no minimum order for A La Carte.

2. share your event details

Tell us about your celebration, preferred colour palette, and event date. Unless otherwise requested, we will design everything in your order to be cohesive (same colour palette and flower varieties). 

3. we curate and design

Our team will thoughtfully select seasonal flowers and create your arrangements in our signature garden-inspired style. Rather than recreating designs flower-for-flower, we focus on capturing the overall feeling, palette, and aesthetic of your vision.

4. pickup or delivery

Your flowers will be carefully prepared for pickup from our studio or delivered directly to your venue, ready for you to place and enjoy. We do not offer set-up service with our A La Cart orders (our floral designers do not come on site). Arrangements will need to be unpacked and placed around the space by yourself or your team.

Q&A

What's the difference between A La Carte and Full-Service Floral Design?

A La Carte is designed for clients who love beautiful flowers and thoughtful design but don't require custom proposals, venue walkthroughs, installations, or on-site floral styling.

You'll choose from our curated menu of floral pieces, share your preferred colour palette, and trust our team to create something beautiful in our signature style.

For larger celebrations, highly customized designs, hanging installations, floral arches, and on-site setup, our Full-Service Floral Design offering may be a better fit.

Can I choose specific flowers for my arrangements?

You're welcome to share flowers you love and flowers you'd prefer we avoid, and inspiration images that capture the overall feeling you're drawn to. We'll absolutely take these preferences into consideration whenever possible.

That said, specific flower varieties cannot be guaranteed. We design with the freshest seasonal flowers available and reserve the freedom to make creative decisions based on quality, seasonality, and market availability.

Can I request specific colours?

You may select a general colour palette (for example: whites and greens, soft pastels, warm neutrals, or vibrant seasonal tones), and we'll create something beautiful within that direction.

Because flowers are a natural product, exact shades, tones, and colour matches cannot be guaranteed. We focus on creating a cohesive overall aesthetic rather than replicating exact colours from inspiration photos.

Can I rent your vases?  

Yes! The price listed includes the cost to purchase the vase you see in the pictures. If you would like to rent the vases, they would need to be returned to us within 7 days of the event. Once returned, you will receive a 5% refund for all items you returned a vessel for.

Can you provide a complete flower list before my event?

No. Unlike our custom full-service floral design projects, A La Carte orders do not include detailed floral recipes or flower lists.

Many of our flower selections are finalized close to your event date, allowing us to source the highest-quality blooms available that week. This flexibility is an important part of how we're able to create beautiful, seasonal arrangements.

Will my flowers look exactly like my inspiration photos?

We use inspiration images as a guide for style, colour palette, and overall atmosphere, not as a flower-for-flower blueprint.

Our goal is to capture the feeling of the inspiration while designing something unique using the best flowers available for your event.

How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend ordering as soon as your event date is confirmed.

Orders may be placed up to six months in advance and as little as 10 days before your event date, subject to availability.

Because we accept a limited number of event orders each week, popular dates may book up well before the 10 day minimum.

Is there a minimum order?

No. Whether you need a single bouquet for an intimate ceremony or flowers for an entire celebration, you're welcome to order exactly what you need from our A La Carte collection.

Our collection was designed to offer flexibility, allowing you to select the floral pieces that best suit your event without committing to a full-service floral package.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

Once your order is placed, we begin planning and preparing your florals right away. For this reason, we’re unable to accommodate changes or substitutions after confirmation.

If you’d like to add additional items, you’re always welcome to do so, subject to availability and timing.

We understand that plans can evolve. If you need to cancel your order, please reach out as soon as possible. Depending on how close we are to your event date, we reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include store credit or an administrative fee.

Our policies are in place to protect the quality of your florals and the level of care that goes into sourcing and design for every order.

Do you offer setup or on-site styling?

We do not offer set-up service with our A La Cart Wedding orders (our floral designers do not come on site). Arrangements will need to be unpacked and placed around the space by yourself or your team. (If you require set-up, please inquire via email. There will be a minimum labour charge of $425 to send a designer on site.)
