À la carte is perfect for couples or hosts who know what they need and want beautiful, designer-quality flowers without the full custom design process. You pick from a curated menu of floral items, we create them in our signature style, and you either pick them up or opt for delivery.
Full-service includes custom design, on-site setup, installations (like arches or hanging pieces), and a more collaborative planning process.
We recommend placing your order at least 3–4 weeks before your event. However, if your date is sooner, feel free to reach out—we may still be able to accommodate!
We offer local delivery for an additional fee, or you can pick up your order from our studio on the day of your event. À la carte orders do not include on-site setup, so everything will arrive beautifully arranged and ready to place.
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made more than 14 days before your event are eligible for a partial refund (less a 25% design and admin fee). Orders cancelled within 14 days of the event date are non-refundable, as we’ve already sourced your blooms and started planning your designs.
Our à la carte collection is designed to be simple and seamless. While you can select your preferred colour palette, the floral styles and vessels are set. We’re unable to accommodate custom vases or substitutions, as our pricing and designs are tailored specifically to the vessels listed. This helps us maintain consistency, quality, and value for you.
We always do our best to honour your preferences, but we can’t guarantee specific flower types. Availability depends on the season and what our growers have in stock at the time. Rest assured, we’ll choose the freshest blooms that best reflect your colour palette and overall vibe.
