Our tulip bouquets are styled with seasonal greenery and wrapped in our signature paper packaging. Each bundle includes 10 stems of fresh cut tulips in a single colour. For double and triple orders, multiple colours can be requested but not guaranteed. 

Please note: Our tulips are from the market bundles and come in a variety of colors from week to week. Though we welcome color preferences however, may not be able to accommodate 100% of the time. Photo is an example of our past work, tulips and greens selection may vary weekly and differ from photos

Delivery Information

We deliver our fresh flowers, plants, gift items and dried flowers all throughout the City of Toronto 7 days a week including Downtown, Midtown, East York, North York, Etobicoke, and Scarborough.

We also deliver to Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, and Richmond Hill for an additional fee.

To select a delivery date, your preferred time slot, and follow the prompts in your cart.

Cancellations & Returns

Once we receive your order, we start preparing for it right away, sourcing flowers just for you! For this reason, we require 72 hours notice in advance of the pick-up/delivery date to cancel your flower order. Flower cancellations are eligible for store-credit only. Flower orders cancelled within 48 hours of being placed (but not within the 72 hour pick-up/delivery date) are eligible for a full refund.

All live plants are final sale.

Home & Gift items can be returned for a store credit within 14 days with a receipt if it has not been used or damaged. Without a receipt, no refund or exchange can be given.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you feel your flowers did not arrive fresh, please send us an email within 48 hours with photos of your arrangement. Photos help us identify the issue and make internal changes.

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, please email us as well with the details of your order. We're happy to help!

FAQs

When will my order be delivered?

We deliver 7 days a week and offer two time slots for your convenience. When you checkout, you'll be able to choose a date and time slot.

We often make exceptions for funeral orders going to a service or ceremony, please give us a call (416) 546-4820 to see if we can accommodate your order.

If you're nearby, we have a limited menu on UberEats and Doordash during our business hours which are usually able to deliver within 1-2 hours.

What is your return/cancellation policy?

Where do you source your flowers?

Our flowers are sourced from local Ontario flower farms as well as international farms worldwide. We do our best to ensure we source from reputable, fair-trade farms with environmental commitments.

We are members of Ontario Flower Growers Co-op and The Local Flower Collective and support over thirty local and micro flower farms in Ontario.

How long will my flowers last?

We receive flowers to our studio almost daily and have a meticulous processing and care schedule for the longest lasting blooms. Eery flower has a different approximate vase life spanning from 5 days to over 2 weeks.

How flowers are treated at your home matters too! Special care such as changing the water, cutting the stems, avoiding direct sunlight, and avoiding heat/drafts will prolong the life of your fresh cut flowers.

What if the recipient isn't home?

If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, our couriers can leave the flowers at the front door or with a concierge/reception desk when available. Our courier will call the recipient and leave a voicemail to let the recipient know where the flowers were left.

If no alternative options are available, the flowers will be brought back to our shop and will be available for pickup.

If a second delivery attempt at a later date is absolutely necessary, an additional delivery charge will apply.

Please Note: in the winter flowers cannot be left outside if the temperature is below 0C. Cut flowers also hate direct sunlight, and will fade quickly if left out in the heat for too long.

So disappointed

I was so excited to surprise my family with a beautiful tulip bouquet; when I asked my cousin if any surprises arrived, I received a picture of some weeds in a vase and a little pink limonium! The tulips probably froze and were thrown out and they were embarrassed to say so; I was so shocked and embarrassed!! I called your store right away, maybe 10 or 15 minutes to closing (almost 4pm) on Christmas Eve and spoke with an employee who didn’t seem at all bothered!! She tried to tell me that I should have assured they were home and it’s a third party who delivers! No apology, no empathy no what can I do!! Just sent me a pic from the driver which made it worse seeing this bouquet on the floor, outside the recipient’s door! I’m just baffled how flowers can be treated like an Amazon package in winter; left outside!! Then I was told that she’ll speak to the manager about it but only in January when you reopen, are you kidding me?
