FLOWERS
We create all our arrangements with the finest seasonal blooms and foliage so each one is unique. The arrangement shown is an example of size, colour, and style. Your arrangement will be custom made for you and will not be a copy of the photo shown. We welcome design requests but cannot guarantee specific materials.
PLANTS
At May Flowers, we use the app Planta for house plant care instructions and they have been wonderful for us! However, every home and environment is different and we encourage everyone to do their own research when buying plants.
Planta is a plant-care app which helps you look after all your houseplants. By following their care schedules, you'll never kill another plant! We are not paid by Planta, we just love them!
FAQ
When will my order be delivered?
Our orders go out daily from 11:30am - 5pm. Our drivers operate under a strict delivery window and cannot guarantee an exact delivery time within that window. If you require a special timed delivery please contact us by phone or email and we can try to arrange a special courier for you (additional fees will apply).
Can I place an order for same-day delivery?
Yes! We accept same-day deliveries until 11am in the city of Toronto. For other GTA areas, please give us a call to see if we have availability. Same-day delivery may not be available for larger orders and/or high-volume holidays)
What if the recipient isn't home?
If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, our drivers can leave the flowers at the front door, with a neighbour, or with a concierge/reception desk when available. Our drivers will call you and/or the recipient to
During hot weather, extreme cold (below 0C), or intense rain, we will not leave flowers at an address unless it is fully safe to do so.
In the event your flowers cannot be delivered, then they will be returned to our store. The recipient is welcome to collect the flowers from our studio (free of charge) or we can re-deliver the flowers for you ($15 re-delivery fee).
I need to cancel my order, what are my options?
If the selected delivery date is more than 24 hours away, we can offer a May Flowers credit for the full value of the order, or a refund minus a $10 transaction fee. The May Flowers credit will never expire, and can be used for any items on our website.
We cannot refund orders that are made to be delivered within 24 hours as the flowers will have already been purchased and the arrangement may have already been designed. We can re-route the delivery if necessary.

Covid Contactless Procedure
You must disclose if the recipient have symptoms or have been in contact with someone with symptoms.
Homes: We'll knock or ring doorbell. If there's no answer, the receiver will be called.
Buildings: Recipient will be called to come downstairs and meet at front/lobby. We are not going to units unless the recipient really cannot come down due to accessibility/health conditions.
If a security person or concierge is obligated to receive the flowers on the recipients behalf, we cannot accept responsibility for the flowers from this point on.
