Our deliveries are sent out through Trexity, a third party courier. They are
There is no minimum order for deliveries.
Toronto, (Downtown, Midtown, North York, Easy York Etobicoke) $10
Toronto (Scarborough/M1 postal codes) $15
* All Toronto deliveries, including Scarborough, are free over $150.
Peel Region - Brampton & Mississauga $30
* We do not service Caledon
York Region - Vaughan, Richmond Hill & Markham $30
*We do not service Aurora, King, East Gwillimbury, Georgina, Newmarket, or Stouffville
Our morning deliveries go out from 9am -12pm and afternoon deliveries go out 2pm-5pm. If you are looking for a specific time frame, please consider ordering from our limited menu on the UberEats platform!
We do not deliver on Sunday, Monday, or statutory holidays.
During Valentine's Day & Mother's Day we will not be offering AM/PM time slots due to the high number of orders. Our team is committed and diligent in trying to get orders out to your lucky recipient as early in the day as possible, however, no time guarantees can be made.
We will knock or ring the doorbell. If there’s no answer, the recipient will be contacted. Weather permitting, the flowers may be left at the door or side door.
Apartments & Condominiums
A buzzer/door code needs to be provided - if our driver cannot enter the building, and concierge/security is not available, your order will be left at the foyer/buzzer room.
If a security person or concierge is obligated to receive the flowers on the recipients behalf, we cannot accept responsibility for the flowers from this point on.
Unsuccessful Deliveries/Re-delivery Fees
If, for any reason, deliveries are sent back to the shop (i.e. wrong address provided, we were unable to reach the recipient, the delivery driver cannot safely leave the order at the location), the order may be picked up (by recipient or sender) at our shop at 1020 St. Clair Avenue West.
Alternatively, a re-delivery can be arranged, however, fees for this service range from $30-$50 depending on our courier service’s rates. We will contact you before any decisions/charges are made. Fees must be paid before a re-delivery is attempted.
Orders for same-day delivery can be placed on our website before 11:00 a.m. EST or via phone call. There is no extra charge for same-day flower deliveries. Any orders placed after cut-off time will be delivered the next business day.
We currently do not offer this service for everyday orders. Please use UberEats or Door Dash to guarantee a timed-delivery!
If the recipient is not home
If nobody is home and we are able to leave the flowers in a safe location, this is what we will do. Our flowers are already wet-wrapped so they will last there for some time. However, during hot weather, extreme cold (below 0C), or intense rain, we will not leave flowers at an address unless it is fully safe to do so. Note that some properties do not allow for the flowers to be left safely; apartments, for example.
For business locations, if the recipient is not available or not there, we will leave the flowers with a co-worker or colleague who can guarantee that the flowers find their way to the person safely.
In the event your flowers cannot be delivered, then they will be returned to our store. Our re-delivery policy (above) will apply
