Delivery Policy

"City of Toronto"

The "City of Toronto" as mentioned on our delivery fees includes all of Metropolitan Toronto and its six constituent municipalities – East York, Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, York (if the postal code starts with an M, it's included in the City of Toronto!)

By using our delivery service, you agree to let our drivers use their best professional judgment as to whether or not the flowers can be safely left at the delivery address, should no one be there to receive them. We cannot hold liability for the flowers from this point on.

Covid Contactless Procedure

You must disclose if the recipient have symptoms or have been in contact with someone with symptoms.

Homes: We'll knock or ring doorbell. If there's no answer, the receiver will be called.

Buildings: Recipient will be called to come downstairs and meet at front/lobby. We are not going to units unless the recipient really cannot come down due to accessibility/health conditions. 

If a security person or concierge is obligated to receive the flowers on the recipients behalf, we cannot accept responsibility for the flowers from this point on.

Sunday & Monday closure

We are closed on Sundays & Mondays and do not send out orders. Any orders made for a Sunday or Monday delivery will be sent out on the following Tuesday.

Same-Day Deliveries

Orders for same-day delivery must be placed before 11:00 a.m. EST. There is no extra charge for same-day flower deliveries. Any orders placed after cut-off time will be delivered the next business day.

Delivery Times

Deliveries generally go out between 11:30 pm and 5:30 pm. No time guarantees. If you are looking for a specific time frame, please consider Timed Delivery option. We do not deliver on statutory holidays.

Your order can be delivered within a 1 hour window. A $25 fee will apply.

Same day is not available for this option.

If Recipient is not home

If nobody is home and we are able to leave the flowers in a safe location, this is what we will do. Our flowers are already wet-wrapped so they will last there for some time. However, during hot weather, extreme cold (below 0C), or intense rain, we will not leave flowers at an address unless it is fully safe to do so. Note that some properties do not allow for the flowers to be left safely; apartments, for example.

For business locations, if the recipient is not available or not there, we will leave the flowers with a co-worker or colleague who can guarantee that the flowers find their way to the person safely. 

In the event your flowers cannot be delivered, then they will be returned to our store. The recipient is welcome to collect the flowers from our studio (free of charge) or we can re-deliver the flowers for you ($15 re-delivery fee).

Re-Delivery 

If a delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully and requires a second or subsequent delivery to be made (e.g. You have provided us with an incorrect address or no one is home to receive the delivery and there is no safe place to leave the order) a redelivery fee of $15 will apply. You will be contacted before the arrangement is redelivered and given the option to pick up the arrangement from our studio at 1020 St. Clair West in Toronto.

Deliveries During Peak Holidays

During peak floral holidays (ie. Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day), we get a volume of flower orders and won't be able to accept specific delivery time constraints. Our team is committed and diligent in trying to get orders out to your lucky recipient as early in the day as possible and all deliveries are made between 9am-6pm.
