At May Flowers, we understand that every small action counts, which is why our new vase buyback program enables our customers to actively participate in the circular economy movement and contribute to waste reduction. With our Buyback Program, we encourage our customers to return any vases from our collection, as well as hardware such as pin frogs, in exchange for a May Flowers gift card. 

Here's how the program works:

Eligibility: The program applies to any vase from our collection and hardware items such as pin frogs. No proof of purchase required!

Gift Card Reward: Upon returning each eligible item, you will receive a May Flowers gift card ranging from $5 to $20 per item. There is no limit to the number of items you can bring back at once.

Condition Requirements: To qualify for the buyback program, the vases and pin frogs must be in good condition. We reserve the right to refuse any damaged products.

Return Process: To participate in the Vase Buyback Program, you must bring the items back to our shop in person. We do not offer pickup or delivery services for returns. Our staff will be available to assist you during our regular business hours.

Cleaning: There is no need to clean the items before returning them. We will take care of the cleaning process on our end.

No proof of purchase is needed to participate in May Flowers’ ReVase Program. The May Flowers gift card received through the ReVase Program is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The gift card can only be used for future purchases at May Flowers. The ReVase Program is subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at the discretion of May Flowers. May Flowers reserves the right to verify the eligibility and condition of returned items before issuing the gift card.The gift card value is based on the eligible items returned and the value of the item is based on May Flowers’ discretion per item.The Vase Program is applicable to in-store returns only. Please do not hand it to delivery drivers. May Flowers is not responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards and they cannot be replaced.
