Product Details

This set comes with a bottle of wine (750 mL) of your choice and a 9-pcs artisanal chocolate box by Chocolat de Kat (French-trained pastry chef). Chocolates may contain traces of nuts and are made in a facility that processes nuts, dairy, eggs and gluten.

Wine & Alcohol Delivery Disclaimer

May Flowers is licensed as an alcohol delivery service and must operate under AGCO laws and bylaws. Orders with alcohol are available for delivery only. No pickups or walk-in orders can be accommodated. Alcohol products must only be delivered to a residence or private place. We cannot deliver alcohol to, or allow a delivery to be accepted by, anyone under 19 years of age. Recipient must be present and show ID when accepting the order. We cannot leave the order at the door or with concierge.
Please make sure your recipient (or other 19+ individual) is able to accept the delivery during the delivery hours. Upon delivery, a valid government-issued identification card must be presented to confirm the recipient's age. If the recipient fails to provide a valid ID or is underage, the delivery will be canceled, and the alcohol will be returned to the store.
By placing an order for alcohol delivery with May Flowers, you acknowledge and accept these conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any alcohol delivery if the recipient fails to meet the requirements outlined above. Our priority is to comply with Toronto laws and regulations regarding the responsible delivery of alcohol.

    Delivery Information

    We deliver our fresh flowers, plants, gift items and dried flowers all throughout the City of Toronto 7 days a week including Downtown, Midtown, East York, North York, Etobicoke, and Scarborough.

    We also deliver to Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, and Richmond Hill for an additional fee.

    To select a delivery date, your preferred time slot, and follow the prompts in your cart.

    We offer same-day delivery at no extra charge, available until 12pm. If you'd like to place an order for the same day after 12pm please give us a call (416) 546-4820 to see if we can accommodate your order.

    Cancellations & Returns

    Once we receive your order, we start preparing for it right away, sourcing flowers just for you! For this reason, we require 72 hours notice in advance of the pick-up/delivery date to cancel your flower order. Flower cancellations are eligible for store-credit only. Flower orders cancelled within 48 hours of being placed (but not within the 72 hour pick-up/delivery date) are eligible for a full refund.

    All live plants are final sale.

    Home & Gift items can be returned for a store credit within 14 days with a receipt if it has not been used or damaged. Without a receipt, no refund or exchange can be given.

    Satisfaction Guarantee

    If you feel your flowers did not arrive fresh, please send us an email within 48 hours with photos of your arrangement. Photos help us identify the issue and make internal changes.

    If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, please email us as well with the details of your order. We're happy to help!

    When will my order be delivered?

    We deliver 6 days a week from 9AM-5PM for your convenience. When you checkout, you'll be able to choose a date and time slot.

    We also offer same-day delivery at no extra charge, available until 12pm. If you'd like to place an order for the same day after 12pm please give us a call (416) 546-4820 to see if we can accommodate your order.

    We often make exceptions for funeral orders going to a service or ceremony, please give us a call (416) 546-4820 to see if we can accommodate your order.

    If you're nearby, we have a limited menu on UberEats and Doordash during our business hours which are usually able to deliver within 1-2 hours.

    Where do you source your flowers?

    Our flowers are sourced from local Ontario flower farms as well as international farms worldwide. We do our best to ensure we source from reputable, fair-trade farms with environmental commitments.

    We are members of Ontario Flower Growers Co-op and The Local Flower Collective and support over thirty local and micro flower farms in Ontario.

    How long will my flowers last?

    We receive flowers to our studio almost daily and have a meticulous processing and care schedule for the longest lasting blooms. Eery flower has a different approximate vase life spanning from 5 days to over 2 weeks.

    How flowers are treated at your home matters too! Special care such as changing the water, cutting the stems, avoiding direct sunlight, and avoiding heat/drafts will prolong the life of your fresh cut flowers.

    What if the recipient isn't home?

    If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, our couriers can leave the flowers at the front door or with a concierge/reception desk when available. Our courier will call the recipient and leave a voicemail to let the recipient know where the flowers were left.

    If no alternative options are available, the flowers will be brought back to our shop and will be available for pickup.

    If a second delivery attempt at a later date is absolutely necessary, an additional delivery charge will apply.

    Please Note: in the winter flowers cannot be left outside if the temperature is below 0C. Cut flowers also hate direct sunlight, and will fade quickly if left out in the heat for too long.
